By downloading, installing, or accessing ShutterSweep, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the application. ShutterSweep is licensed, not sold, to you by Loopback Logic LLC.
Important: ShutterSweep provides automated analysis and recommendations to assist you in organizing media files. You remain solely responsible for reviewing and confirming any deletion action.
Loopback Logic LLC shall not be liable for any accidental loss, corruption, or unintended deletion of photos, videos, or associated metadata resulting from the use of the application.
If you purchase a ShutterSweep Pro subscription or lifetime license, payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. You can manage and cancel subscriptions anytime within your platform account settings.
ShutterSweep is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. Loopback Logic LLC does not warrant that the application will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with all operating system updates.
These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Mexico, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Albuquerque, New Mexico.
